STRATEGY

Developing a strategy for the event is essential for its success. Otherwise ideas and solutions will come out of the blue. They may be good ideas but they are most likely not the right ideas. TCC will develop

CREATIVE

Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity involves two processes: thinking, then producing. If you have ideas, but don’t act on them, you are imaginative but not creative.

CONTENT

The content of a meeting or a conference is sometimes also called the program. TCC offers to develop the full program following your guidelines, or we can split the task so that you work out part of the program

PRODUCTION

TCC’s team of producers and designers come from a variety of backgrounds, from visual merchandising, PR and marketing, to concert and video production, theatre design, studio design and production and stage management.

LOGISTICS

The logistics needed for a 10-people meeting may not be so challenging. When you reach the 50 people level, the event planner has to start thinking. And when the number of people attending are in the hundreds – or even more so

You can have a ton of special effects, a super keynote speaker, a great venue, or incorporate a new technology, something totally different and new, but… If the event is running late, the program has too many changes;

If your group needs a hotel, and perhaps meeting facilities but no other event services, TCC will be happy to take care of that. In fact, we are pretty good at it. In many cases, you would ask your travel agency to find a hotel.
