Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity involves two processes: thinking, then producing. If you have ideas, but don’t act on them, you are imaginative but not creative.

At TCC we believe that creativity should be relevant – it is one of the tools we use to meet the objectives of the event and achieve the goals.

Creativity can take many forms. It can be visual as in beautiful décor and colorful imagery but we think it is important to be creative in all aspects of the event, for instance, in the way we use social media related to the event, and in finding the best way to move 500 people from one room to the next in a matter of minutes, in creating an audio/visual solution which makes sure that everyone in the room can hear and see perfectly, etc. etc.
